A great introduction to whitewater kayaking essentials. We’ll practice skills in a flatwater location (no whitewater) and cover proper paddle technique, balance, braces and the whitewater kayak roll. UREC Outdoors will provide an instructor to help you learn the kayak roll in a controlled environment.
