With the current situation regarding the Coronavirus, we wanted to make sure to continue to provide wellness resources to students, staff, and faculty at the University of Arkansas in a safe manner. We have created an online Wellness Calendar for students, faculty, and staff to use anytime. This Calendar includes FREE Wellness classes from YouTube including Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, and more.
